Chris Howard

Chris Howard is a real estate advisor with eXp Realty LLC, based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, specializing in small to mid-market commercial properties, investment assets, development land, and mixed-use opportunities throughout Hardin County and the greater Central Kentucky corridor.

Chris works with investors, business owners, and property owners to help them evaluate opportunities, position assets for disposition, and navigate transactions with a focus on long-term value and practical deal structure. His experience includes commercial land, retail opportunities, small business locations, and value-add properties in growth corridors influenced by Fort Knox and regional economic expansion.

Before entering real estate, Chris spent over two decades in production and operations management, where he developed a disciplined, systems-oriented approach to decision making, negotiations, and financial analysis. This background provides a strong foundation for understanding commercial property from both an operational and investment perspective.

Chris holds multiple industry designations including GRI, PSA, SRS, SFR, and MRP, and remains active in professional leadership. He currently serves on the Heart of Kentucky Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Bylaws Committee, contributing to governance and professional standards within the industry. He is also a member of the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance (KCREA), Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

A graduate of the Kentucky REALTORS® Leadership Academy, Chris has also participated in state-level advocacy focused on property rights and expanding access to real estate ownership. In recognition of his leadership and service, he was commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel in September 2025.

With more than 20 years living in Hardin County, Chris maintains a strong understanding of local growth patterns, particularly surrounding the Fort Knox market, infrastructure expansion, and small business development trends. His approach centers on clear communication, market data, and relationship-driven transactions.

As a second-generation Auctioneer and Realtor, Elizabeth MonarchMBA, CAI, GRI entered into the Auction and Real Estate Industry in 2002.  Elizabeth is a member of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, a Board of Director for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors,and a member of Junior League of Louisville.  In 2023, Elizabeth served as the 100th State of Kentucky Realtor President, which is only 1 of 12 Women in over 100 years to serve at this level.  Elizabeth is a past Realtor of the Year Award Winner at GLAR. She currently serves on the National Association of Realtors RPAC Fundraising Committee and NAR RPAC Participation Council Committee.

Elizabeth is Past Regional Vice President of the Women Council of Realtors (Only 3 Women in Kentucky have ever held this office) representing 5 States at the National Level.  In March 2004, Elizabeth completed a three-year Certified Auctioneers Program at Indiana University and received the CAI designation from the Certified Auctioneers Institute and National Auctioneer’s Association. In 2005, she received her Masters in Business Administration from Bellarmine University.   In 2011, Elizabeth received her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation.  In 2015, Elizabeth received her Professional Management Networking Designation (PMN).
