On the industrial side, we primarily partner with owner-operators to buy, sell, or lease buildings, whether they’re acting as a buyer, seller, tenant, or landlord. In the multifamily space, our focus is investment sales, valuation, and advisory for local, regional, and national investors. Given our experience across the Louisville MSA, we’re equipped to support clients on select non-core assignments.
