Jeff Farmer has a lifetime of experience in real estate development, construction industry, building codes enforcement, architectural design and construction specifications. Jeff Farmer obtained his real estate license at 19 years old in 1984, then later became licensed as an Auctioneer in 1999. Jeff Farmer has both a Broker license and Principal Auctioneer license. As his experience in development, design and construction deepened, Jeff Farmer chose to invest his varied disciplines and life experiences into a full-time profession as Commercial Realtor and Auctioneer since 1999.

Having varied disciplines and experiences within the commercial real estate and development industry broadens and deepens the breadth of knowledge and experience Jeff Farmer brings to the table for every client.
