Desmond Martin

With over eight years of experience in commercial real estate, I specialize in investment sales, acquisitions, commercial leasing, and strategic repositioning of assets across a wide range of property types including multifamily, office, retail, and industrial. Jenny Johnston

Executive Vice President

Jenny Johnston brings a breadth and depth of business experience to PRG, with a background in finance, marketing, businessdevelopment, and entrepreneurship.She has lived on both coasts (New York City and San Francisco), and has called Louisville home for over 20 years.

Named a Business First Enterprising Women Honoree in 2023, KCREA Multifamily Broker of the Year in 2021 and 2023, and one of Business First's Twenty People to Know in Real Estate in 2020, Jenny has a keen understanding of the many factors that contribute to sound real estate investments, and brings market savvy, financial literacy, and business acumen to every transaction analysis.

Jenny has an undergraduate degree from Pomona College in Claremont, CA, and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of California, Davis. She prides herself on her involvement in, and commitment to, creating community, and is a Board Member of WCRE, Board Member with METCO, Trustee of the Cherokee Triangle Association, Board Member of Wilderness Louisville, and a Committee Member of the JCTC Campus Transformation Committee.

When not doing the "PRG Hustle", Jenny can be found living her passion for the outdoors by running trails, or finding the next outdoor adventure with her husband and two children.

Jonathan L Fairfield

Jon Fairfield is a licensed commercial real estate agent who works in all asset classes but specializes in retail, office and multifamily properties. Transitioning from a long and successful career as an award-winning advertising/branding professional, Jon brings well-honed communication skills, attentiveness, and the ability to formulate creative solutions to every client interaction. He has gained a unique understanding of multiple industries and the challenges they face through creating advertising and branding initiatives, and has leveraged those experiences to better serve his clients. Jon is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and KREE (Kentucky Real Estate Exchangors.) He is also one of the Board of Directors at St. John Center.

Robert Scholtz

Senior Associate

Robert Scholtz is an Associate with PRG Commercial Property Advisors. Robert eagerly works in all asset classes, including both sales and leasing work, and uses his extensive relationships, market expertise, and specialized skill set to fulfill his clients' Commercial Real Estate needs.

Prior to PRG, Robert worked at RT Specialty, a wholesale insurance brokerage, where he gained valuable experience working with clients and their insurance needs on a daily basis. His initiative and natural propensity for customer service and communication drive his success in providing the highest quality of service for clients.

Robert was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, where he attended the Kentucky Country Day School. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business & Organizational Communications from the University of Kentucky in 2017. In his free time, he can be found coaching Middle School Basketball or playing golf. Robert is invested in the Louisville community, where he lives with his dog, Koby.

Taylor M Thompson

Taylor Thompson is a principal partner with and serves as PRG Commercial Property Advisors' managing broker. Taylor is responsible for managing PRG's team of sales associates and oversees all aspects of the company. His experience in real estate includes expertise across all asset classes with commercial and investment real estate. Taylor has successfully represented industrial, retail and office landlords, developers, performed site selection for national credit users and represented investors in the multifamily, industrial, office and retail asset classes, in many complex multi-million dollar acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions. Additionally, Taylor has extensive experience in asset management and advisory work, working with private institutions and family offices to find unique solutions to their portfolio needs. His comprehensive understanding of all facets of real estate make him a valuable asset to the clients he serves and PRG.

Taylor is a lifelong Louisvillian who attended Louisville Collegiate School and Western Kentucky University, where he played Division One NCAA college golf. Taylor is proud to serve on the regional board for Junior Achievement, supporting financial literacy in 26 counties throughout Kentuckiana.
