David L Hardy

David L. Hardy, CCIM oversees the Louisville CBRE office properties team. He has been a commercial real estate broker in the Louisville market since 1988. David has been involved in many sizable transactions on behalf of clients such as ADP, Brown & Williamson, HCA, Honeywell, Sprint, Providian, PNC Bank, etc. He has extensive experience in the downtown and suburban submarkets in both leasing and selling user and investor properties. His resume includes over 1,000,000 square feet of tenant representation assignments and over 1,000,000 square feet of office building sales. David has served as the president of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter and served as president of the Commercial/Industrial division of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors from 2001 to 2003. He received the Commercial Realtor of the Year award from GLAR in 2003.
