Renovated Offices / Studios in Historic School Building

Welcome to The Dolfinger, a renovated studio / office building in the historic Portland neighborhood. Constructed in 1857 as the Emma Dolfinger school, this building served as an elementary school for a century and a half before being renovated and updated for its current use - a multi-tenant office and conference space.

The Dolfinger is located on just over one acre of land. Comprised of 16 individual offices and four accessory buildings, the Dolfinger has been lovingly and artfully restored to retain its original soul while modernizing it for a new chapter.
