Housed in the former Edenside Christian Church building, 31e offers its members a place to "Create, Relate, and Innovate". Monthly memberships start at $150.00 per month, Reserve Desk at $250.00 per month, and reserved office prices vary according to size, starting at $500.00 monthly. We make it easy, no deposit, a month to month agreement, all utilities included, high speed wireless, conference rooms, and much more. Our "Thunderbird Cafe" is open to all members, providing a cool space to meet, eat, or just relax with a cup of free coffee!
