Landis Lakes TowneCenter is located at intersection of Shelbyville Road and S. English Station Road.  A mixed use retail and office center with CVS and 53 Bank on the outlots.  Retail tenants include: Gander American Grill, Fiesta Times Amigos Mexican Grill, Wild Eggs, Dominos, Simply Adored Salon, State Farm, Board & Brush, Miracle Ear, Edward Jones, Forefront Dermatology, Family Allergy and Asthma, Direct Pediatrics, and ProRehab Physical Therapy.  Office tenants include: TurnPoint, Finish Line Staffing, Coats Financial, Christian Academy of Louisville, Genesis 1 Health, Hometown Pizza Corp. Office, and LabCorp. 

Suite 230 contains five offices, conference room, breakroom, storage areas, and workspace area. The existing three workstations remain.

There is a private restroom that was part of the space that was separated for existing tenant. This restroom could be re-incorporated into the suite.

Suite can possibly be made available before January 1, 2027. Existing tenant has expressed interest in vacating after September 1st.

The adjoining Suite 240 (all or a portion) could be incorporated in Suite 230 if additional space is needed.
