Mark joined the Duncan team in 2025. He is a Louisville native with experience working in a variety of industries, from healthcare to media. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in English from University of Louisville and his MBA from Indiana University Southeast. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Patti is a Louisville native and a seasoned agent with over 20 years of real estate experience. After graduating from Sullivan College in 1985, she began her real estate sales career in 1986 with Semonin Realtors, having had past experience investing in numerous income properties of her own. In 1987, she began appraising real estate with J. Michael Jones & Associates. Her appraising experience included single family dwellings, multi-family dwellings, small commercial/industrial properties, vacant land, special purpose, utility easements, and highway condemnation projects. She is a certified appraiser and a Realtor, licensed in Kentucky and a past member of the International Right of Way Association. Current affiliations include the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.

In 1989, Patti was instrumental in starting a new company from the ground up, with her late husband. This auto parts company is still thriving and is managed by her son and brother-in-law.

In April 2001, Patti went into full time real estate sales with Opia Properties, located in Prospect. Her sales were not limited to single family properties. Her past sales include single family, multi-family, vacant land, small commercial, leased properties, office space, and multi-use properties. With the knowledge she has gained from 20 years of sales and appraising, Patti is a truly diversified agent.

As a volunteer, Patti devotes time to Mom's Closet, Prodigal Ministries, and the Center for Women and Families, all of which are not for profit organizations in Louisville.

Ms. Cheek has been active in commercial real estate since 1987 and has focused on land acquisition and sales across the spectrum: out-lot, big box retail, commercial, residential and multi-family. She is experienced in both buyer and seller representation and she has generated more than $750-million in land transactions. Cheek spent more than seven years in retail management for both big box and specialty stores and 13 years working for commercial land developers and brings that knowledge and experience to her brokerage business.

After graduating from Centre College, in Danville, KY, in 1989 with a BA in Economics I worked in Commercial Lending and Business Development at the Bank of Louisville. In 1991 I began my real estate career with NAI Walter Wagner, Jr. Company as a real estate Sales Associate, I became an Associate Broker in 2001 and in January of that year I was promoted to Director of Sales, a position which I held until September 2005. On September 12th 2005 Duncan Commercial Real Estate, LLC was started specializing in property management, sales, leasing, development and consulting. I am currently a Member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, the Kentucky CCIM Chapter, ICSC, CORFAC Business Development and Transactions Committee. I have formerly served as a board member of the Kilgore Samaritan Counseling Center, as a member of the Governing Session of Second Presbyterian Church and Chairman of the church Property Committee. I am also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Indiana.
