Russell Quick Co., Inc

Russell Quick is an accountant by education starting his post college profession as an industrial accountant. After eight years as an industrial accountant, he had the desire to use his financial analytical skills in the investment arena choosing to become a Realtor.

Russell began working with a major Louisville real estate company in 1972, with a career in residential sales. Mr. Quick became the number one representative in the company within three years. After six years selling residential property, Russell felt he was not attaining his career choice of investment real estate.

In 1978, Mr. Quick started his own firm, Russell Quick Co., Inc. dba, Russell Quick Realtors. Within two years, he employed some 30 agents, mostly residential. With his own company, Russell was able to make his move into the commercial investment field. In the early 1980's, management was beginning to take too much of his time and he closed the residential business and went solely to the commercial investment field. From that time until 1995, he specialized in representing investors in the purchase of office buildings, shopping centers, apartments and other types of investment properties. In 1995 Russell became partners with Harvey Hames to establish Real Estate Solutions and remained partners until 2009 at which time Russell back on his own at Russell Quick. Russell has done over one hundred million dollars in real estate sales.
