Austin specializes in investment sales and leasing for key client accounts. He began his real estate career in 2015 with Stirling Properties, a leading Gulf South developer, where he worked on various aspects of the development process, including financial analysis of large retail, office, and medical developments. After relocating to Louisville in 2016, Austin became a commercial leasing agent with NTS Development Company, which leased and managed approximately 4 million square feet in the Louisville MSA. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Brokerage at Pluris Real Estate, a Louisville-based development, brokerage, and private equity firm, where he oversaw the firm's commercial brokerage division.
A former LSU golfer and Academic All-American, Austin helped lead the team back to the National Championship and earned multiple athletic and academic honors. He holds an MBA from the LSU Flores Program, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and was voted to the list of LSU's All-Time Student-Athlete Academic Dream Team, which recognized fifty individuals who have achieved the highest level of academic excellence and/or made major contributions to their communities.

Justin Baker is a founding Partner and Principal Broker of TRIO Commercial Property Group and partner of TRIO Property Management. He has experience in all disciplines of commercial real estate from sales, leasing, disposition, redevelopment and investment sales. Prior to forming TRIO, Justin spent nine years as Vice President with CBRE. Justin is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and received his MBA from Bellarmine University. He was the Kentucky State Director for ICSC and serves as a board member on XTEAM Retail Advisors, Bellarmine University's Ruebel School of Business and the Norton Healthcare Foundation. Justin also volunteers time to Autism related organizations such as Bluegrass Center for Autism and Dreams with Wings.

Phil Radcliff joined TRIO at end of 2021 after a 10-year career in healthcare recovery as an analyst, trainer, and team manager. His previous experience facilitated his development in analysis, customer service, and negotiations in a highly results-based, competitive industry. Since joining the TRIO team, Phil has specialized in retail, office, tenant rep, landlord rep, and land acquisitions. He has had the pleasure of representing/completing deals with Dutch Brothers Coffee, Anytime Fitness, Hutton Development, Fast Pace Health, Swig, Fiiz, Crave, Chase, Dollar General, State Farm, Dunkin' Donuts, The JOINT, Firehouse Subs, Landry's, PetSense, etc.
Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Phil graduated from Trinity High School and earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky. A longtime member at Ascension Catholic Church, he is currently a parishioner at St. Margret Mary where his children attend school. Phil and his family contribute many of their resources to the Steven Vanover Foundation and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three kids, along with playing volleyball and golf.

Seth Edens is a Partner at TRIO Commercial Property Group. He works with Healthcare, Industrial, Office, and Investment properties. He has extensive experience in sales and leasing for warehouse, distribution, rickhouses, flex space, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), single practice doctor groups, dentists, university healthcare systems, private and public institutions, hospital systems, senior living institutions healthcare REITs, investment, land sales, and office. Seth is a University of Kentucky graduate with a degree in finance. His professional accomplishments include earning the SIOR office designation (2019), the dual Office and Industrial SIOR designation (2022) and CCIM (2009) designation and the 2013 recipient of the HCP Cup and the HCP Most Valuable Broker award (NYSE: HCPI now Healthpeak, NYSE: PEAK) for his outstanding achievements in the real estate field. The SIOR designation represents the highest level of knowledge, production and ethics in the real estate industry. Since joining TRIO, Seth has completed over $475M in real estate transactions.
Seth, and his wife Adrienne, have two children, Ollie and Della Rose. Seth lives an active life with missionary work. He has completed three mission trips to Africa and one to Haiti. He also spends some of his free time continuing an activity he began at University of Kentucky. While a student, Seth performed as the UK Mascot, Scratch. He was recognized as one of the nation's top mascots, receiving numerous national awards. He has continued his love of performing at sporting events, serving as the inflatable mascot, Air Blue, at all Indianapolis Colts Home games since 2005
