Nick Grisanti is a licensed real estate agent in Kentucky and Indiana. He specializes in industrial, office, and retail sales and leasing as well as land brokerage. He was named 2020 and 2022 KCREA Vacant Land Broker of the Year.
He has been involved in numerous transactions that involve rezoning and various other land development entitlement challenges. This experience is valuable in guiding buyers and sellers through transactions that require extensive rezoning, permitting, and entitlement work.
Prior to joining Grisanti Group, Nick worked for three years as a Project Manager in the Business Development Department at the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development. While working for the Commonwealth, Nick helped recruit new manufacturing, distribution, office and IT operations to the state.
Nick has extensive experience in industrial site selection and incentive negotiation. In additional to real estate expertise, Nick provides clients with guidance on navigating the various job creation, construction, and financing incentives available from state and local governments.
Nick is a Louisville native and graduate of St. Xavier High School. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky, a master's degree from UK's Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce, and the CCIM designation.

Paul is a licensed broker in Kentucky and Indiana, specializing in land, retail, industrial, and investment properties. Paul has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in multiple transactions worth tens of millions of dollars. His experience includes retail and industrial site selection for both local and national firms. He holds the prestigious designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
In 2004, Mayor Jerry Abramson appointed Paul to the Board of Zoning Adjustment of Louisville Metro (BOZA), where Paul has gained vast knowledge of the planning and zoning process, including conditional use permits, variances, and waivers. Although Paul declined a fourth board term in 2012, his experience on BOZA has proven to be an invaluable asset in understanding the governmental process.
Before getting into commercial real estate, Paul served others in the hospitality industry for nearly 30 years. He owned and managed Ferd Grisanti Restaurant from 1973 until going into the commercial real estate business in 2002. His philosophy of exceeding expectations has served him well in both the hospitality industry and the real estate industry.
