Bruce R. Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President, received his real estate license in 1984 and is a specialist in the leasing, and sales of retail, office, investment and industrial properties throughout Kentucky. He assists various local, regional and national companies in locating and developing real estate to meet their needs. He has represented Wal-Mart /Sam's Club in over $110,000,000 in land acquisitions and dispositions. Isaac was inducted into the Midwest RE News Magazine's Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2017-2018. Isaac was also inducted into NAI Global's Elite Top Producer Hall of Fame in 2009 as a top producer for five consecutive years and has been named six times to the NAI Global's Gold Club for $1,000,0000 producers. Bruce Isaac of NAI Isaac has been recognized as one of the most active local dealmakers with the prestigious industry award. The CoStar Power Broker Award program has honored the industry's elite for 24 years.
As a graduate of the University of Kentucky, Isaac received an Associate Degree in Applied Science as a crown and bridge dental technician. He achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. The CCIM designation is earned upon completion of 240 hours of graduate-level curriculum and represents the finest education available in real estate. CCIM's are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis, making it one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. The CCIM is a global community with 13,000 members, 50 chapters and 30 countries. Isaac was also elected to the Kentucky CCIM Chapter Board of Directors in 2010- 2017.

Chad Voelkert joined the NAI Isaac team in 2003. Voelkert focuses on the development, sales, and leasing of commercial and industrial properties throughout the Central and Eastern Kentucky area. He has worked with multiple local, regional, national, and global companies meeting their real estate objectives. Voelkert has a tremendous background in sales, finance, marketing and management of the commercial construction industry. He has extensive development experience and has facilitated numerous projects from start to finish by collaborating with contractors, engineers, architects, bankers, attorneys, tenants, and various local planning authorities. Since joining the firm, he has participated in excess of $200,000,000 worth of development, sales, and leasing transactions and is recognized as a Costar Power Broker.

J.L. Cannady, CCIM joined NAI Isaac in 2013. He is a sales and leasing specialist with a focus on retail, office, and industrial properties throughout Kentucky. He works with multiple Property Owners, Investors, and Tenants ranging in size from international REITs to local businesses to assist their real estate needs.

Jamie Adams, SIOR, CCIM, is a sales/leasing Vice President with NAI Isaac, specializing in office, industrial, retail and investment properties. Over the last 15+ years serving Central Kentucky and surrounding markets, Adams has represented Property Owners, Investors, and Tenants ranging in size from international REITs to local businesses in their acquisition, disposition, and site selection needs.
Adams was born and raised in Lexington, KY and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Landscape Architecture. After graduation, Adams worked for an international planning and landscape architecture firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL where he gained planning, design and construction experience on projects all over the world. He moved back to Lexington in 2010 to begin a career in commercial real estate with NAI Isaac. Since then, Adams has consistently increased the scale, breadth and productivity of his commercial real estate practice for the benefit of his clients.

Assistant Vice President/Property Manager
Holbrook joined the NAI Isaac August 2006. Holbrook is a licensed real estate agent and has been in the commercial real estate field since 1999, managing and leasing office, retail and industrial use space. Holbrook is a sales/leasing Assistant Vice President as well as Property Manager for NAI Isaac.
With his property management experience, Holbrook has the unique perspective of the fiscal responsibilities of property ownership balanced with tenant requirements for use of leased space.
As a Tenant Representative, Holbrook excels in his ability to help his clients evaluate their commercial real estate needs and achieve their objectives in locating the right commercial real estate site and negotiating the final transaction

Jim Kemper has been with NAI Isaac since 1991 and specializes in the sales and leasing of retail and office properties and tenant representation. Kemper has assisted numerous local, regional and national tenants with site selection, evaluation and lease negotiation for multiple locations throughout the state including First Watch, Starbucks, Skyline Chili, Great Clips, AT&T, Maurice's, Sun Tan City, and Bojangles.
Kemper has also been involved in the leasing of several new construction and "turnaround" properties in Central, Southern and Western Kentucky. In addition, he has worked with lenders on properties they have taken back and has been successful on the disposition of these properties. National Landlords he has represented include Chase Properties, Weingarten Realty & Realty Income.
Kemper represented the developer of the Richmond Centre in the assemblage and purchase of 120 acres on I-75 in Richmond. This development is now the largest retail center on I-75 between Lexington, KY and Knoxville, TN.

John P. Miller joined NAI Isaac in 1995 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties. As Assistant Vice President, Miller has assisted numerous tenants, including regional and national companies with site selection, evaluation and lease negotiation. Miller has also been involved in the leasing and management of several transitional properties leading to their stabilization within the market. Miller consults with property owners on zoning regulations and assists with zoning hearings, market and governmental research and site evaluation.
Miller has represented several national companies including the U.S. Postal Service, Rite Aid, K-Mart, Kroger and Earl Scheib with sale or sublease dispositions of excess facilities. Miller has also assisted several national and international companies with selection of new sites including Bank One, Powertel, Harbor Freight Tools, The UPS Store, Quizno's, Allstate, Associates Corp., Gateway Computers, Emery, Brinks and Haix Shoes.

As Executive Vice President, he has overseen and facilitated numerous major projects, successfully negotiating the close of many sales and leases throughout his 36 years with the company.
