Jason is a well-respected professional with a fiercely loyal contingent of repeat clientele. He has represented some of the area's most spectacular properties. His diverse portfolio ranges from undeveloped land and new construction to apartments, condos, and single-family and multi-family homes. He has a distinctive ability to successfully pair buyers and sellers with luxurious on-market and exclusive off-market listings.

Jason achieved remarkable success two consecutive years as a broker, ranking in the Top 5% of agents at The Agency RE in 2023 & 2024. In 2022, RealTrends recognized him as the #1 agent in Louisville by individual sales volume and ranked him among the top 5 agents in the state. Jason consistently maintains his status as a top agent in Kentucky for both units and sales volume, according to RealTrends.

Raised in Southern Indiana, Jason now resides in the community of Prospect, just outside Louisville, Kentucky. Before becoming an agent, he earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business from Wabash College. While pursuing his education, Jason was an offensive lineman on the football team and competed on the track team. His tenacity, goal-oriented mentality, and competitive spirit endure today, fueling his ability to achieve great things for his real estate clients.

Jason's connection to the real estate realm runs deep. After college, he started in the industry by partnering with his mother, Jeanine Edington, as she worked to expand her business in the Louisville market.

After years of experience working as an individual agent, Jason opened The Agency Louisville, bringing the global franchise to Louisville, KY. Jason took on his role as a broker and brought his wife, Danielle, onboard to help successfully launch The Agency Louisville in 2023.
