Robert specializes in all aspects of industrial real estate (tenant, landlord, buyer and seller representation). He assists companies with both acquisition and disposition of distribution centers, office/warehouse facilities, manufacturing facilities and Land.

Robert Walker joined the firm as an Industrial Brokerage Advisor in 2003. Robert is a native Louisvillian and an experienced sales and leasing agent. Robert earned certification by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), indicating Robert's expertise in financial and market analysis and his ability to guide clients toward sound real estate decisions.

Sam Gray joined the firm in April of 2019 as part of our Office Services & Retail team. Sam is a graduate of Centre College with a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies. Prior to joining Commercial Kentucky, Sam worked as a Mortgage Broker for Swan Financial Corporation. Sam's experience in the finance industry, as well as his skills in customer service, will contribute to his success with our teams. Sam is looking forward to representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers with acquisition and disposition of office and retail real estate.
