I was born in Louisville, and graduated from Stuart High School. In 1980 I moved to Oldham County with my wife and daughter where I have lived since. My first career was as an electronics electician. I received my electrical license and opened a company wiring residential, commercial and industrial properties. I soon started buying residential real estate to rehab and sell or lease. After several projects in Bullitt, Jefferson and Oldham counties, I branched out to include commercial and industrial property to rehab for sale or lease. I have owned and managed a million square feet of real estate. I am licensed to sell real estate in Kentucky, and will help with all of your residential, commercial and industrial needs.

With over 20 years of service in the U.S. Army, I’ve built a foundation rooted in leadership, discipline, and adaptability - qualities that now shape the way I serve my clients in real estate. After retiring from the military, I discovered a genuine passion for real estate. I started in the residential space, helping families find places to call home, and later expanded into commercial real estate, where I now assist business owners and investors in navigating their unique property needs. In addition to real estate, I also own and operate a home-based travel agency, which has strengthened my ability to coordinate logistics, manage details, and provide a high level of client service.

In my downtime, I love doing creative projects with my daughter and I cherish all my time spent with family and friends. I approach life and work with gratitude, curiosity, and a heart for service.

A native of the country of Serbia with fluency in 5 languages, Petar moved to The United States to pursue his passion for tennis and education at the age of 17, after earning the title of Junior National Tennis Champion of Serbia. In the US, Petar attended University of Iowa on a full tennis scholarship and graduated with a Business Degree in Finance. Petar pushed his skills and competitiveness for many years in Finance, Consulting, Real Estate Banking and Investing. Since entering Real Estate, Petar has earned: a 2019 Recipient of Certificate of Professional Excellence, 2021 Graduate of GLAR Leadership Institute, has received all of the three of the highest levels of achievement offered through Semonin Realtors, Top Producer, President's Club and Chairman's Club, and currently sits on YOUR Professional Network Committee at Greater Louisville Area of Realtors.
