In November of 2010, Julie Bex purchased the RE/MAX 100 Auction Team/River Realty & Auction from Harold Helm. Julie Bex had previously worked for RE/MAX 100 Auction Team as the Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator.

Julie Bex is a graduate of Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa, with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations. She was also a four-year letter winner in Basketball and Softball.

In March 2006 she completed the 3 year course for the Certified Auctioneers Institute, which is the highest designation, awarded in the auction industry and also Member of the Kentucky and National Auctioneers Associations. In 2010, the RE/MAX 100 Auction Team earned two awards for best real estate brochure.
