Bill Menish is the Owner and Auctioneer at The Menish Group, Auction & Real Estate

Bill began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2008. His specialty is Selling Real Estate at Auction. Bill is a Graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering and he holds the prestigious Certified Auctioneer Institute Accreditation (CAI), The Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) and Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) designations through the National Auctioneers Association. Bill has conducted real estate auctions across the country for Sperry Van Ness, Prudential, Albert Burney, Advani Realty and Real Auctions USA.

Bill uses his talents acquired through a successful 20-year career as a television broadcaster, where he received 15 Emmys and the prestigious Edward R. Murrow award among others, to communicate, inform, even entertain his auction audiences. Bill brought those talents to Commercial Real Estate & Auctions by creating an in-house video production department to produce video promotional materials including Drone Video Production and Matterport Productions. Those videos tell the stories of the properties being sold to inspire buyers to attend and bid at his real estate auctions.

Bill is a graduate of Ball State University with a BS in Telecommunications.

Ron Caughron has been a licensed realtor since July 2004. Before joining SVN Menish he was a broker/owner at SVN Premier and with RE/MAX Performance Realty/Commercial Division in Shelbyville, KY, a small town about 20 miles east of Louisville, KY where he still resides.

Before that he spent a successful 30 year career in financial services where he attained top management positions and a continual record of high performance. He also served on the Board of Directors and as President of the Kentucky Consumer Finance Association and also on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Consumer Finance Association.

He has been and continues to be active in his community as a past member of the Board of Directors of the Shelbyville Country Club, one of the founders and past president of the Shelby County Community Charities, past board member of the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce, past member of Kosair Charities, a member of Kiwanis and also currently serves as Board Treasurer of The Masonic Homes of Kentucky, board member of UL Health Shelbyville Hospital and board member of UL Health Foundation, past President and board member of The Dorman Preschool Center.

He holds the elite Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, as well as, The SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtor), is highly motivated and he believes in giving superior customer service and has what he calls "the Sundown Rule", if you leave him a message he will make every attempt to contact you back before the day is over.
