A Louisville native who has lived in major cities like New York and Los Angeles, Julia’s diverse background includes stints as a paralegal, court reporter, and small business owner. Academically accomplished with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies, M.S. in Conflict Management, and designation as a Workplace Neutral and Real Estate Negotiator, she spent her early real estate years managing operations and honing her negotiation skills. Building trust and strong client relationships is Julia’s top priority. She focuses on understanding people’s needs, prioritizing issues, and reaching mutually satisfactory solutions. Her problem-solving acumen and dedication to clients make her the ideal partner for your real estate journey.

Outside of real estate, Julia is married with three children and embraces an active lifestyle that includes cycling, inclined treadmill walks, and practicing yoga.

Louise B Venettozzi is a seasoned veteran having sold property in Metro Louisville for over 30 years. She was with RE/MAX for over 23 years being a charter member of RE/MAX Connections which, after the death of the Broker became RE/MAX Metro. She left RE/MAX Metro to join Gant Hill & Associates as Vice President of Residential Sales. After two years, she opened her own company, GREAT SPACE LOUISVILLE, offering residential, commercial and investment opportunities for her clients. Today, she is the Managing Broker for EXIT REALTY HOME FRONT offering residential, commercial and investment opportunities to her clients while assisting agents & growing a thriving practice spanning several counties & markets.  Louise is also a seasoned investor and renovator herself owning her own investment portfolio. In her "previous life" she spent 20 years with Hyatt Hotels and has lived all over the country as a result of her affiliation with them. She lived in Old Louisville for over 23 years and has recently moved to the Upper Highlands. She has significant expertise in architecture, design, historic property, renovation, development and new construction.
