Academically accomplished with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies, M.S. in Conflict Management, and designation as a Workplace Neutral and Real Estate Negotiator, she spent her early real estate years managing operations and honing her negotiation skills. Outside of real estate, Julia is married with three children and embraces an active lifestyle that includes cycling, inclined treadmill walks, and practicing yoga.

Louise B Venettozzi is a seasoned veteran having sold property in Metro Louisville for over 30 years.
