Joseph E Simms

Joe has been licensed since 1979 marketing residential real estate and investment property. He has consistently been a TOP PRODUCER. While being associated with Century 21 from 1979 to April 1999, Joe received the CENTURION AWARD from Century 21. Only 2% of the 70,000 Century 21 agents receive this coveted award. To receive this award, an Associate must achieve a specified, high level of performance. He was also recognized in the April 7, 1997 issure of Business First Newspaper, as on of the top selling agents of Louisville.

Effective April 1999, Joe became affiliated with RE/MAX. In every year since joining RE/MAX, he has been a member of the 100% CLUB. In March 2003, he was inducted nto the RE/MAX hall of Fame, after being with RE/MAX, for only 4 years. This is awarded to only a select group of high-producing RE/MAX Sales Associates, worldwide. Joe moved to RE/MAX Associates in December 2004, where he has put together of of the top 10 SALES TEAMS with RE/MAX in the STATE OF KENTUCKY.

Joe served as President Elect of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors (GLAR) in 2006 and President in 2007. He has served 3 terms (2003,2005,2008) as Vice President of GLAR, and one term (2003-2005) as director of GLAR. Statewide, he is serving a 3 year term as a delegate to the Kentucky Association of Realtors (KAR) and as a RPAC (Realtor Political Action Committee) Trustee. On the National level, Joe has served as a Director of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in 2006 & 2007.
