Kevin M Mayhugh

Kevin was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. As Broker of the Louisville office, he has vast experience in new development and redevelopment work, landlord leasing, investment sales, tenant representation, and site selection for national, regional, and local retailers and restaurants. Kevin started in the Commercial real estate business with a grocery shopping center developer in 1999 and has remained in the industry ever since. He joined TSCG in 2006 when he assisted in opening the Louisville office. Kevin is a graduate from the University of Dayton with a degree in Business Finance and a Minor in Communication.
