Mr. Zimmerman has specialized in retail leasing and sales primarily in the Highlands and St. Matthews area of Louisville. He is the exclusive leasing agent for the Gardiner Lane Shopping Center on Bardstown Road, The Vogue in St. Matthews, and Chenoweth Square in St. Matthews. His recent restaurant experience on Bardstown Rd includes Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint, Wild Ginger Asian Bistro, Rocky's Pizza & Panini, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, and Fumni's Caf. He also recently negotiated the leasing deals in St. Matthews for Majid's, Cheddar Box Too, Zoe's, and Coals Artisan Pizza. In January of 2013, he negotiated the lease terms for an 8,000 square feet Asian restaurant in Lebanon, KY.
