Ashley Brown

A proud Louisville native, Ashley has spent most of her life living and working in the community she loves. After earning her Social Work degree from the University of Kentucky, she returned home to pursue her passion for real estate—a journey that began early in life through her family's furniture business and a lifelong interest in sales and property investment.

Licensed in Kentucky since 2007 and Indiana since 2022, Ashley brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the regional market. She treats every client like family and is committed to helping people turn their real estate goals into reality—whether it's finding the perfect space for a growing business, building a personal investment portfolio, finding the dream forever home, or making a first-time property purchase.

Ashley specializes in commercial real estate and actively invests in real estate herself. She loves sharing her knowledge with others, especially when it comes to educating clients about real estate investing and helping businesses find spaces that support their growth.

Outside of real estate, Ashley stays busy with her three kids, enjoying weekends at Lake Cumberland, CrossFit, swimming, and cheering on the Louisville Cardinals. A few fun facts: she's an identical twin, has a background in the family furniture business, can walk on her hands, and enjoys painting with watercolors in her free time. Her keys to success? Waking up early and working hard.
