Mark Helm has been in the real estate industry since 1985. In December 1999, Mark purchased RE/MAX 100, Inc. and joined forces with Harold Helm, the largest auction service provider in the market, to provide Louisville?s best full service real estate company. All Mark?s experience, hard work, and education has culminated with the purchase of RE/MAX 100. Mark has also co-founded Q-II Holdings, LLC, a development company which has to date been involved with over $22,000,000 worth of development projects since 1996. Mark also is actively involved and past president of the most creative group of real estate professionals in Louisville - The Kentucky Real Estate Exchangors. He has been the Number One Commercial Agent in the KY/TNN RE.MAX region in 2003, and is the 2005 President of the KY CCIM Chapter.
