I am the Principal Broker & Managing Member of FISCHER'S Real Estate Brokerage & Betterment Haus LLC.

My previous experience includes being Assistant Director of the Louisville Economic Development Department (and later Dir of Community Dev, KY Cabinet for Econ Dev) where I developed and directed it's retail economic development strategy, COOL(Corridors Of Opportunity in Louisville). COOL has been recognized by ICSC, IEDC, The National League of Cities, The Brookings Institute and others as a national model to pursue retail focused economic development.

I now leverage that experience in the commercial real estate and retail and/or economic development project consulting fields. The bulk of my contacts and experience are in retail real estate and with economic developers across the nation but, work in all property sectors(office, industrial, medical, retail/hospitality, and logistics) in Kentucky.
