Bryan Little

Bryan is a lifetime Lexingtonian. He attended Tates Creek High School before entering Auburn University and the University of Kentucky where he graduated with a BA in Finance. After graduating Mr. Little began a career in residential and commercial lending with JP Morgan Chase and Republic Bank.

After almost a decade in the commercial lending field Bryan joined Realty Research in 2009 as a licensed Certified General Appraiser, specializing in commercial real estate. Bryan has extensive knowledge of office, retail, industrial, agricultural and multi-family properties. Bryan has been a licensed realtor since 2011, specializing in commercial real estate. His commercial lending and appraisal background coupled with over a decade of experience as a commercial realtor make him an asset in any real estate transaction.
Bryan, his wife Ashley, and daughters Charlee and Carter enjoy traveling, UK sports, NFL football, working-out and all things Kentucky.
