Prior to joining Horizon Commercial Realty, Clayton Pitcock, SIOR, CCIM received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Kentucky. While in school, he received his real estate license and went to work as Director of Marketing for a Kentucky-based multifamily developer, gaining invaluable experience for what became the foundation of his career.

In 2016, the Louisville native joined Horizon as a Sales and Leasing Advisor, working on a broad range of projects across all asset classes. Now a Director with the firm, his primary focus is on Industrial and Office assets as well as investment real estate services. He is the co-recipient of the Costar 2023 Industrial Deal of the Year for the Louisville, KY market. His work ethic and passion for continued education have earned him the prestigious CCIM pin and SIOR designations, accomplishments that distinguish his capabilities amongst peers.

Clayton's involvement in Greater Louisville extends beyond the real estate business to several clubs and initiatives which help support and grow the community in which he and his wife, Ellen, are raising their family. His downtime consists of family time, traveling, and golf.
